SAR Biomass Energy Systems is a Limited Liability Corporation. SAR manufactures a premiere line of multi-fuel biomass furnaces and hot water units for use in residential, agricultural and commercial applications.
Located in Pocahontas, Iowa, SAR Biomass was founded in 2004 by Randy Severson (President) and Theron Andersen (Vice President) on the premise of believing in providing an efficient, cost effective, alternative method of heating to a wide range of customers at a fair price, concentrating on safety, reliability and low maintenance
Currently, SAR manufactures various models of multi-fueled forced air furnaces and hot water units. SAR’s focus in 2008 was to manufacture and distribute the Rocket Series Multi fuel furnaces.
SAR’s Mission Statement is “To provide excellence in the pursuit of an alternative heating system using a renewable fuel source to benefit our customers, area producers, and the environment.”
